Hi folks,
I'm Lee, currently living in Seoul but originally from Oregon (USA). I've been brewing beer for over a decade but learned the art of makgeolli brewing a couple of years ago. I have about a dozen brews under my belt, but I still have a lot to learn. Next, I'd like to get into the distillation/soju side of things.
